The year 2010 sees continued sustainable growth of Sberbank. Some of the highlights include the signing of a number of strategic agreements, evaluation and certification of personnel, additional measures to enhance the quality of service, and projects to benefit society and the economy:

  • Sberbank abolishes all fees previously charged for loan application review and loan issuance
  • Loan interest rates are lowered twice
  • With its new Customer Care Service, Sberbank is able to respond promptly to any customer complaints, requests or comments
  • The bank launches online presences on major social networking sites, Facebook and VKontakte
  • Sberbank inks an agreement with the trade union, outlining the principles of social responsibility for its workforce
