United Credit Bureau CJSC is a leader on the Russian credit history market. It has the database of almost 30 million credit histories, covering all regions of the country and is regularly replenished with 220 bureau clients.
The bureau is continuously improving data quality and creating new services that help its clients to manage risks. The services include a scoring bureau, interbank fraud prevention service “National Hunter”, provision of additional information from the databases of governmental authorities, analysis of banks’ credit portfolios and more.
Technical solutions applied by the bureau allow it to meet world standards and comply strictly with all security requirements, both Russian and international. The bureau's production system is available on a 24/7 basis.
The bureau was one of the first to be entered in the state register of credit ratings agencies and started providing loan reports to banks and private individuals. In March 2006, the bureau, the first among Russian companies, began transferring real data to Bank or Russia Central Catalogue of Credit Histories.
In November 2006, relying on its extensive international experience, United Credit Bureau CJSC was the first in Russia to launch a scoring bureau to enable its clients to automate their credit scoring system.
Since October 2011, United Credit Bureau CJSC has offered credit institutions its services in fraud prevention and identification of manipulations with data contained in loan applications.
The bureau’s shareholders include Sberbank of Russia, Experian and Interfax Group. Thus, United Credit Bureau CJSC today combines the capabilities of Sberbank of Russia — the largest Russian credit institution, Experian — a leading world operator of credit bureaux, and Interfax — a leading Russian information agency and founder of SPARK, a major Russian information system for the assessment of corporate credit risks.
