How to pay
- Select Payments and Transfers in Sberbank Online.
- Select Utility and the service you want to pay for, e.g. Utility Bills.
- Select a recipient company and fill in the payment details. Press Continue.
- Press Confirm via Text in order to confirm the payment, and enter the password received in the text message.
- The payment is now successfully executed. Now you can save the payment as a template or print out the receipt.

Now the Bank and all its functionality is always with you! Pay for utilities with a simple gesture.
Secure
Use a 5-digit code to log into the system.
If you forget to log out, the app will automatically do it for you.
How to pay
- Log into the app by entering your personal 5-digit code.
- Go to Payments and Transfers, select Utility and Landline Phone.
- Select the service you want to pay for, e.g. Utility Bills and choose the recipient company in the drop-down list.
- Select the account or card to be debited and specify the payment details.
- Check that the information is correct and confirm the payment.

- The application is free
- 0-1% of the payment amount (no more than RUB 1,000) – for each payment made.

How to pay
- Send a text message with the code of the recipient company to the number 900.
- To make a utility payment to the Uniform Information and Accounting Centre (UIAC), send the following text message to the number 900: UAIC Payer's code Payment period (e.g., UAIC 1234567890 11).

You can pay for utilities any time using your bank card or cash via Sberbank ATMs and terminals.
Accessible
You can pay for utilities anywhere in your city thanks to an extensive network of ATMs and terminals located within walking distance of metro stations, and in shopping centres, airports and train stations.

How to pay
- Insert your card and enter your PIN
- Select Payments and Transfers, then Utility.
- If you want to pay using bank details, press Enter Manually, or if you want to pay using the barcode on your utility bill, press Scan Barcode.
- Select the recipient company and enter the payment details by following prompts on the screen.
- Make sure the information you have entered is correct and press Pay, then select the payment amount and confirm it.
- After the payment is made, remember to take your card and the payment receipt from the machine.
