Sberbank opens a credit line for Agrokor worth 350 million euros
May 4, 2016, Moscow – Sberbank opens a 6 year credit line worth 350 million euros for Agrokor, the biggest producer and distributor of food and beverages in Eastern Europe.
Svetlana Sagaidak, Senior Vice-President of Sberbank commented: “Sberbank and Agrocor have a successful partnership for several years. The new long-term credit is another step in development of mutually beneficial relationship”.
Agrokor is the biggest private company in Croatia and one of the biggest businesses in production and distribution of food and beverages and retail in terms of revenue in Southern Europe. In 2014 Sberbank provided to Agrokor a credit line worth 600 million euros. During the Saint-Petersburg International Economic Forum in 2015 Sberbank and Agrokor signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which provides the basis for the partnership.
