Sber holds meeting of Committee for Minority Shareholder Relations
Sber has held a meeting of the Committee for Minority Shareholder Relations in a virtual conference format.
Member of the Executive Board and CFO Alexandra Buriko presented a report on Sber Group’s results for 2020 and the development of Sber’s nonfinancial services. Head of the Corporate Secretary Service Oleg Tsvetkov spoke about the possibility of voting electronically on the agenda for the Annual General Meeting of shareholders. During the meeting, Committee members and Sber representatives also discussed current issues related to the work of the Committee.
The Annual General Meeting of Sber shareholders is less than one month away. We support the agenda that has been put forward and welcome the decision to maintain the record level of dividend payments while calling on all shareholders to use Sber’s e-services actively.
